3.2.1 Product Perspective
The system will be a web-based system that includes a dashboard for every staffs through which they can make attendance themselves and staffs can view their login and logout time. Only the top management can view the weekly attendance of the staffs.
3.2.2 Product Features
The main features of the payroll and attendance management system is to keep all the records of salary and attendance of all working staffs in the company. It will generate the salary sheet and attendance report of staffs that can be viewed by top manager of the company only and other feature of this web based system is that its flexibility and ease of use.
