4.2.11 Design and Implementation Constraints
4.2.11.1 The time allocated for the project is limited.
4.2.11.2 The system will be developed using PHP and MySQL server database.

4.2.12 Assumptions and Dependencies:
4.2.12.1 GUI is only in English. The static and the dynamic contents should be synchronized.
4.2.12.2 The code should be free with compilation and syntax errors.
4.2.12.3 The system should be developed according to system requirements specification.

4.2.13 User Interfaces:
4.2.13.1 The system must have good GUI for the user.
4.2.13.2 The system should have contained convenient web pages, menus and options.
