Non-Functional requirements

Usability Requirement:
The interface of the system should be clear and easy to use.

Performance Requirements:

Any interface between a user and system should have a minimum response time of 5 second should be fast enough to avoid user’s response collisions.

The system should be available for use 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Security Requirements:
Access to the system should be permitted only for college student and staff after authorization procedures.
